Blood drive Nov. 10 at Rockford’s Veterans Memorial Hall

Rock River Valley Blood Center (RRVBC), 104.9 WXRX and Capri Restaurant will offer a blood drive in honor of former and active members of the U.S. military from 2 to 6 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 10, at Memorial Hall, 211 N. Main St., Rockford.
Jim Stone and Double T from WXRX will broadcast live. Capri Restaurant will provide sandwiches for donors. Donors can fill out greeting cards stating they donated in a veteran or service member’s honor.
Donors can then send these to friends and family, or provide RRVBC with addresses to mail.
Walk-ins are welcome, but you can also schedule an appointment by calling RRVBC at 877-RRVBC-99.
