		<description>It&#039;s great to hear that another veterinary hospital has joined in FoA&#039;s efforts to reduce cat/dog polulations throught their low-cost program.
It is disappointing that more veterinarians don&#039;t affiliate themselves with this program....don&#039;t they realize that by spaying/neutering someone&#039;s cat or dog, they will gain a large percentage of those pet owners as life-long clients?</description>
