[1]A representative from Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet helps SwedishAmerican Foundation Executive Vice President John Mecklenburg “fill up” a Chevrolet Volt at SwedishAmerican Hospital’s new electric vehicle charging station. The SwedishAmerican Foundation installed four electric vehicle charging stations on the SwedishAmerican Hospital campus, 1401 E. State St., for employee and visitor use. The stations, which are on the south side of Camelot Tower, can be used at no charge. Hospital valets will coordinate use of the stations for hospital guests. Installation costs totaled $28,000.
