Local woman celebrates 80th birthday

Shirley (Hicks) Schoonover will be celebrating her 80th birthday. Her family will be hosting an Open House from 2 to 5 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 3, at 5824 Cypress Lane in Machesney Park, Ill.
