Twelve arrests were made and six warrants served during Operation Clean Sweep 2 Nov. 30.

Local law enforcement agencies responded to 39 narcotic complaint locations during the sweep, and confiscated approximately 18 grams of cocaine with a street value of $1,800; 10,200 grams of cannabis with a street value of $71,400; 320 cannabis plants with a street value of more than $1 million; two handguns; and $2,700 in U.S. currency.

Following are the results of the sweep, by location:

2114 W. Jefferson St. — Michelle L. Harrington, 39, of Rockford, arrested and charged with possession of cocaine with intent to deliver 1-15 grams within 1,000 feet of a church;

838 Easton Pkwy. — Jonathan F. Jones, 35, of Rockford, arrested and charged with possession of cocaine with intent to deliver;

1613 Evans — Scott Dover, 39, of Loves Park, arrested and charged with possession of cannabis with intent to deliver 30-500 grams;

618 S. Third St. — Terrance Henry, 29, of Rockford, arrested and charged with possession of cannabis 2.5-10 grams;

3207 Blackstone — Andrea J. Messenger, 38, of Rockford, arrested and charged with possession of cannabis 2.5-10 grams;

2236 19th Ave., No. 1 — Ocell Schillcutt, 43, of Rockford, arrested and charged with possession of cannabis 2.5-10 grams; and Carol S. Panke, 42, of Rockford, arrested on a Boone County warrant for failure to appear;

2019 16th Ave., No. 2 — Tijuan D. Sneed, 29, of Rockford, arrested and charged with possession of cannabis with intent to deliver 30-500 grams and Ogle and Winnebago county warrants;

1027 Eighth St. — Robert Box, 52, of Rockford, arrested on a failure to appear warrant;

3321 Searles — Jeffrey L. Sanders, 43, of Rockford, arrested on a Rockford assault warrant;

3855 Lloydene — Daniel Shoudy, 45, on parole for retail theft, arrested on a retail theft warrant;

2420-2421 Kobel Court — Paul Bates, 36, of Rockford, arrested and charged with possession of more than 50 cannabis sativa plants and possession of cannabis more than 5,000 grams.
