Police in search of clues in Dec. 3 armed robbery of North Main Stop N Go

Rockford Police are in search of clues in the Dec. 3 armed robbery of the Stop N Go Store in the 2200 block of North Main Street.

Shortly after 3 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 3, members of the Rockford Police Department responded to Stop N Go on North Main in reference to an armed robbery. Officers were advised three suspects entered the business, two of whom were armed with handguns, demanding the money from the store.

Detectives from the Rockford Police Department are conducting a follow-up investigation of the incident. All three suspects are described as black males between 5 feet 8 inches and 6 feet tall.
