Roscoe man arrested on child pornography charges

Randolph Lovelace, 53, of Roscoe, Ill., was arrested on three counts of child pornography Dec. 22, the Roscoe Police Department announced Dec. 27.

The arrest stemmed from an investigation that began in April 2011 when Roscoe officers served a search warrant on Lovelace’s residence.
