Local finalist in ‘Song of the Year Contest’

WGE Records of Rockford received acknowledgment Dec. 11 from 2011 Song of the Year Contest, Los Angeles, that the song “Have I Been So Blind” has finished third, internationally, in the top finalists respective category “Christian.”
The song is part of a new release WGE Productions, Nov. 1, Christmas album by Bennie Jackson, a known Rockford vocalist, A Real Swingin’ Christmas.
