BUT, I do like what Mexico does....if the incarcerated person wants to eat, their families or friends have to bring them food, if they need soap or tp, the same. I do believe that ANYONE incarcerated should be working while incarcerated to pay their way. I, the taxpayer, am TIRED of paying for their COSTS to be incarcerated!!
