		<description>Occupational therapy for the Wall Street movement should include returning the payroll accounts to private industry, instead of trying to use them to show &#039;ghost profits&#039; on the Street.  The payroll is not a profit, the employees are the money.  These companies lose their own base when they have layoffs (we know that it is too late to undo this problem, but how do we start over?).</description>
