Juvenile Detention Center, Rock River Academy employee charged with sexual abuse of two minors

Ellis W. Simmons, 33, an employee at the Winnebago County Juvenile Detention Center and the Rock River Academy, has been charged with three counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse involving two minors.
Aggravated criminal sexual abuse is a class 2 felony with a sentencing range of three to seven years or probation eligible followed by two years of mandatory supervised release, registration as a sex offender for a term of natural life. Bond has been set at $100,000 for both cases.

Wtf. I used to live at rock river n I have a friend that was sexually harassed by a different employee n they let the man come back
I hope the organization is keeping a close watch and teaching the girls about unwanted attention as well as abuse. They want love, but must know that is not the way to achieve it.
