The obama crowd (EPA)will not let anyone build refineries anywhere that might interfear with spotted owls, frogs, salamanders, etc; The amount of oil that will be shipped thru the pipe line cannot be used at the existing refineries in the mid west. Since obama stopped the pipe line, the person that will profit most is Warren Buffet, he owns the freight lines that would carry all that sludge.
