Anybody can dunk now and violates the basic rule that rim must be unreachable by anyone. Now every nba player can dunk as they are nearly 7 ft tall and rim is just 10 ft! The nba post season games only became interesting during second half when these tall trees got tired and they could no longer jump even a feet. The performance of kd late in games is a testimony to my point. there hands are going a feet and half above the rim without making any effort! I do not understand why this is not bought to the notice of nba. There is an article saying it has become dunk fest and I totally agree! Just because it has not been touched for nearly 100 years does not mean it needs to be changed. Right now the height has become a no challenge as people can just skip and put the basket in and touch it just by raising their hand. That is a big no no for a league where average salary is 5 plus million! Are you kidding me? let them work to reach the hoop...! It is high time they raised the height of the rimm to 11 ft at least!
