The forest preserve districts idiots have no concern for people with heart and lung disease who live in the vicinity of the smoke. Why doesn't anybody at the IEPA care about health of the people in Winnebago County? They should be all over those inconsiderate fools. They don't even answer the phone. Swanson Rd. is off and on smokey enough to cause a car accident today as they just burned Keiselburg again today. My question is what qualifications or educational degrees does Mr Hartley has to hold the position he has with the WCFP ? Or is he in his position because of being related to the Hartleys that donated a nature preserve to the WCFP many years ago ?
