Take a look at even the rrstar search and the word hoodie. Many burglaries, assualts, robberies take place wearing hoodies. I lived in NW rockford for 5 years. If I saw a hoodie I watched out. Drug deals, walking up the middle of the street looking both ways then go to the drug house. I have seen gans shoot it out in my yard wearing hoodies. If you are wearing a hoodie with no reason to wear it, most likely you are up to no good. I see all races do it, not saying it is any one. But in the rrstar they will say he robbed the pizza man and the man in the hoodie ran north. Wait what race was he so we can be on the lookout? Now if you are at a track meet, attending church, out golfing a hoodie can be a good thing, but I have seen mostly by criminals. 5 years I lived in nw rockford, 120 murders, robberies, shootings daily, threats by people in hoodies, yes I kept my eye out as did many because it’s a definate sign
