Hi there. I stumbled upon this today. I am currently experimenting with HCG. A coworker purchased it and felt that she could not do the 500 daily calorie restriction. I am primarily a vegetarian, and I would estimate that I eat around 1,000 calories a day normally. One of my concerns, being very interested in wellness, particularly prevention, is whether or not there has been research regarding HCG & breast cancer. Also, the FDA (who I do not default my trust to) banned liquid HCG in December 2011, which is rather recent. I read their website devoted to explaining their concern and they seems to be worried about lack of nutrition and even suggested that HCG causes breast cancer. I and very interested to open discussion about HCG as there seems to be a lot of "myth-busting" as well as advocacy for the regimen.
