Bird Fair fund-raiser set for April 7 at Forest Hills Lodge

The Illinois Budgerigar Society will present its Bird Fair fund-raiser from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, April 7, at Forest Hills Lodge, 1601 W. Lane Road, Loves Park, Ill. Admission is $3.
Vendors from the Midwest and beyond will offer a selection of cages, bird toys, feeds, breeding boxes, bird food, perches and other bird supplies.
Birds of all sizes, from large parrots to small finches, will also be at the event.
Birds and supplies will be available for purchase. Concessions will be available for spectators and a raffle will also take place.
The Bird Fair is a fund-raiser to benefit the Illinois Budgerigar Society.
The Rockford Area Convention & Visitors Bureau worked with the Illinois Budgerigar Society to bring the Bird Fair to Rockford. This is the first time this event has taken place in the Rockford region.
The Budgerigar Society will return to Rockford this September to host their annual Bird Show.
