		<description>For once, PRACTICAL application of high efficiency house, plus giving students PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE in trades. I am not as sure a boiler would be a good use of energy, but it is in the design, so it would be nice to see how well the house performs over the years.

The use of thicker walls might be a little more expensive, but the projected savings is worth it. A lot more bang for your buck than relying on solar/wind energy. I am not saying that solar/wind energy is bad, but they both cannot be relied on to produce energy all the time. Less bang for the buck.</description>
