State Police arrest 11 in Winnebago County for DUI between March 29 and April 12

PECATONICA, Ill. — Illinois State Police District 16 Commander, Captain James Alexander announced the following arrests were made in Winnebago County between March 29 and April 12 for driving under the influence (DUI) by District 16 troopers:

• Joseph A. Phillips, 40, of Pecatonica, Ill.;

• Eric F. Leigh, 47, of Rockford;

• Galen E. Moore, 39, of Rockford;

• Andrew S. Pozzi, 33, of Rockford;

• Curtis L. Borcherts, 45, of Rockford;

• Jason K. Zipse, Male, 37, of Rockford;

• Kenneth Douglas Scott Stephens, 35, of Rockford;

• Jordan J. Meisch,19, of Davis, Ill.;

• Jessica A. Motyka, 26, of Palatine, Ill.;

• Jose L. Mancilla, 36, of Rockford; and

• Edward D. Barrone, 43, of Loves Park, Ill.
