State police arrest 11 for DUI in Winnebago, Stephenson counties

PECATONICA, Ill. — Illinois State Police District 16 Commander, Captain James Alexander, announced the following arrests were made April 13-29 for driving under the influence (DUI) by District 16 troopers:

Arrested in Stephenson County — Michael W. Witte, 29, of Pearl City, Ill.

Arrested in Winnebago County — Garrett A. Hargraves, 26, of Roscoe, Ill.; Sean M. Hayes, 24, of Rockford; Rodolfo Urguizo, 38, of Rockford; Tricia L. Northrup, 41, of Rockford; Laura L. Kellison, 41, of Rockford; Urias R. Smith, 32, of Rockford; Antonio S. Lipscomb, 25, of Rockford; Jaeson T. Fischer, 39, of Rockford; John Christopher Parker, 22, of McNeil, Ark.; and Kenneth L. Taylor, 51, of Chicago.
