		<description>Interesting that when people wonder what to do about generating more traffic the answer is often something to entertain kids.  A waterpark, indoor laser tag, whatever.  Seldom do those efforts pay off, but people keep trying.

And this buffer zone idea is silly.  Rockford should be encouraging &quot;clusters&quot; for retail, restaurants, etc.  Group them together, get some synergy going. Competition is good, it creates buzz, traffic, and more.  It should be encouraged not eliminated.  Putting up &quot;buffer&quot; areas is one of the worst ideas one could imagine....</description>
