Politicians no longer our ‘Public Servants’

Dear Frank [Schier, editor and publisher],
I commend you for this frank, truthful “Editor’s Note.” [re: “Public hearings on landfill expansion move to BMO Harris Bank Center,” April 25-May 1, 2012].
These gross violations of the people’s will are happening to a greater or lesser extent, all over our county.
The politicians are not the “Public Servants” any longer.
We the People are the “Public Servants”, working to support the politicians and their salaries, pensions and perks, and their “pals.”
It is reprehensible! “Something’s got to give.”
My best personal regards.
