Two arrested for burglary after being caught with bolt cutters at R.L. Leek Trucking

Danny R. Dees, 17, of Rockford, and William King III have been arrested on burglary charges.
At approximately 11 p.m., May 20, Rockford police patrol officers located Dees and King III near 1924 23rd Ave. (R.L. Leek Trucking). Officers located a pair of bolt cutters on the person of Dees. Officers checked the area, locating several semi trailers that had been burglarized.
The patrol officers continued their follow-up investigation. Dees has been charged with five counts of burglary from motor vehicle and possession of burglary tools. King III has been charged with five counts of burglary from motor vehicle.
