Cirque du Soleil’s ‘Quidam’ rolls into Rockford with festive bus tour June 7-11

In anticipation of the upcoming performance of Cirque du Soleil’s Quidam, a one-of-kind tour bus will visit Rockford June 7-11.

Quidam will perform June 13-17 at the BMO Harris Bank Center. Tickets are available at www.cirquedusoleil.com/quidam or (815) 968-5222.

The Quidam tour bus will visit the following locations, by day:

Thursday, June 7

11a.m.-3 p.m. — Valli Produce

6-8 p.m. — Cherry Bowl

Friday, June 8

11 a.m.-1 p.m. — Perryville Crossing

Saturday, June 9

11 a.m.-3 p.m. — Edgebrook Mall

Monday, June 11

11 a.m.-1 p.m. — Machesney Crossing

3-5 p.m. — Riverfront Museum Park

3-5 p.m. — Rockford Public Library

At each location, the Quidam tour bus will offer the following complimentary activities: opportunities to win Quidam show tickets and prizes; souvenir Quidam photos using green screen technology; unique video postcards to send to friends and family; and popcorn!

Quidam pays tribute to individuality; to the uniqueness of each human being. It relates the story of a young girl who feels ignored by her parents. To escape her reality, she slides into an imaginary world where she meets characters who help her discover her true self.
