State police arrest nine for DUI in Jo Daviess, Winnebago and Stephenson counties

PECATONICA, Ill. — Illinois State Police District 16 Commander Capt. James Alexander announced the following arrests were made between May 15 and June 7 for driving under the influence (DUI) by District 16 troopers:

Arrested in Jo Daviess County — Yoshimitsu Hori, 30, of Chicago.

Arrested in Stephenson County — Michael R. Bell, 57, of Freeport, Ill.

Arrested in Winnebago County — Christopher D. Foat, 35, of Rockford; Steven D. Holloway, 41, of Chicago; Dylan J. Murphy, 27, of Rockford; Ashley S. Smart, 27, of Rockford; Vlatko Miskovic, 31, of Loves Park, Ill.; Robert A. Bauer, 45, of Rockford; and Heidi E. Garner, 47, of Rockford.

Alexander reminds the public that troopers work diligently to remove impaired drivers from Illinois roads.
