June 22 deadline to register for OSF Saint Anthony Foundation’s Golf Invitational

The OSF Saint Anthony Foundation will hold the 28th annual Golf Invitational Monday, July 9, at Mauh-Nah-Tee-See Country Club, 5151 Guilford Road, Rockford.
The morning nine-hole par-3 round begins with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start and features a $1,000 hole-in-one prize on each hole. Cost is $65 per golfer and includes greens fees, a golf cart, continental breakfast, course refreshments and a buffet lunch. The 6 p.m. dinner and live auction is $25 per person.
Cost for the afternoon round is $1,000 for two golfers and $1,800 for four golfers, and includes a four-color hole sign, buffet lunch, course refreshments, dinner and live auction, registrant gift, banner recognition and a full-page, full-color program ad.
The event will benefit cancer research, diagnosis and treatment at OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center. Special emphasis will be given to OSF Saint Anthony breast cancer needs and the Navigator Program, which assists cancer patients with all aspects of their treatment.
More than $1 million has been raised by this event in support of quality health care for Rockford and the surrounding communities. Proceeds from past golf tournaments have benefited many areas of the hospital, including the Ambulatory Care Center, the parish nurse program, emergency department expansion and newborn hearing screening equipment.
