		<description>Makleen you miss the core question: why is there gambling at all? The author&#039;s point is why are we giving gambling licenses away, and potential revenue for the state. Take over the casinos, nationalize them if you like, similar to the lottery, and maximize state revenue.  If not, just get rid of gambling altogether, and you might see economic growth in other areas.  Two quite different choices. Can&#039;t say I have an opinion not having reviewed the &quot;facts&quot; the author presented, but interesting nevertheless.</description>
