		<description>You stated , &quot;Blame it on a sagging stock market for the past four years; blame it on entitlements that government simply cannot sustain — it doesn’t matter where the blame is placed&quot;.  You left out the real cause... it was caused by the failure of our elected officials to pay in the state funds into the retirement system for years.  Instead, the funds were diverted for other uses just lke social at the national level.  Our legislators caused the problem by failing to invest the mandated funds so to blame the stock market is a cop out.  Half of nothing is still nothing.  

I appreciate your efforts to solve the problem but don&#039;t do it on the backs of those that paid their share into the system.</description>
