Grave-side service for ‘Baby Noah’ July 20 at Calvary Cemetery in Winnebago

A grave-side service for “Baby Noah” will begin at 9 a.m., Friday, July 20, at Calvary Cemetery, 8616 W. State St., Winnebago, Ill.
The service will be in the “Baby Land” section of the cemetery, just to the right of the mausoleum. Father William Wentink, retired Police Chaplain, will officiate the service.
Baby Noah was found deceased July 13 at One Source Recycling, 13125 N. Second St., Roscoe, Ill. Sheriff’s deputies were called to the scene at approximately 8:46 a.m., July 13, along with crime scene deputies, and a death investigation was initiated.
Upon arrival, it was determined a newborn infant male had been found dead on a conveyor belt line by employees of the firm. The company employees immediately called 911 after having found the infant.
Garbage is recycled at this location after having been brought there by multiple regional garbage companies.
An autopsy of Baby Noah was inconclusive pending further forensic and toxicological testing.
