		<description>.. the best thing to do is OPT OUT immediately and shop for a supplier on your own. Don&#039;t simply shop for the lowest rate! Look for terms and conditions that protect you against financial penalties for cancellation, which I believe First Energy has. Don&#039;t let the city fool you into thinking this is all about saving money. Because it is worth it to perhaps pay a little extra to get solid terms and conditions. This isn&#039;t a scam, but there is alot of fine print and things the city won&#039;t tell you just how they hoodwinked this onto the ballot.</description>
