Don't simply shop for the lowest rate! Look for terms and conditions that protect you against financial penalties for cancellation, which I believe First Energy has. Don't let the city fool you into thinking this is all about saving money. Because it is worth it to perhaps pay a little extra to get solid terms and conditions.
