		<description>The fact the library hours are way too short for the northwest side and there is a dearth of children&#039;s programs. Perhaps other parts of the city are served better, but those without means are being neglected again. We, the people who used the library for traditional reasons, would be better served with longer hours. To accept the Sullivan Center is great for any one who is with financial means, but leaves most people behind. Let the park district have it. The library has lost its vision as a place to serve all the people.</description>
