Find out by purchasing a copy of Court Street United Methodist Church’s cookbook featuring recipes from these local politicians and from many other community leaders and church members.
The spiral-bound book contains nearly 300 recipes and is available for $10 with proceeds benefiting the church’s mission in serving meals at the Women’s Crisis Center.

Court Street United Methodist Church, 215 N. Court St., in downtown Rockford, is the region’s oldest Methodist church at 160 years old. Church services are held every Sunday at 10 a.m. The ornate worship sanctuary, expansive classrooms, gym, dining halls and other specialty areas make it home to a variety of church-related activities as well as providing a space for community groups to meet including Rosecrance, Mendelssohn Performing Arts Center, MAYA’s House and others.
