10 arrested in Aug. 24 prostitution sting

Rockford Police Department M3 Street Team conducted a prostitution operation in Rockford Friday, Aug. 24. The operation targeted areas of the city where complaints of prostitution and street crime have been received.
During the course of the operation, undercover officers targeted individuals involved in street-level sex crimes. The operation resulted in the arrest of the following 10 individuals:
• Janice M. Kilpatrick, 50, prostitution;
• April N. Miller, 32, felony prostitution;
• Dawn M. Schultz, 44, prostitution;
• Loretta J. Winch, 46, prostitution;
• Judy A. Beck, 50, felony prostitution, possession of drug paraphernalia;
• Tasha M. Peterson, 41, prostitution, possession of cocaine;
• Tammy J. Dufoe, 35, prostitution;
• Michelle L. Yanez, 36, prostitution, possession of drug paraphernalia;
• Autoria D. Stevenson, 34, felony prostitution; and
• Craig J. Eubanks, 37, felony prostitution.
