		<description>Do you think that anyone cares what the people of Rockford want from the library? I know no one who wanted the library to accept the Sullivan building. Longer hours, more availability, programs in the branches, these are what is wanted. The library has been poorly spending its money for a while and providing poor services to the westside. This is extremely sad because the library should promote literacy not keep services from those who really need it. All Board meetings are at the Eastside branch. That says a lot.</description>
