[1]The Sept. 9 DeKalb Kite Fest at Northern Illinois University’s “North 40” brought colorful kites of all sizes and shapes to the skies of DeKalb, Ill. Included were fighting kites, stunt and dancing kites, Swimming Sperm, Mimi the Pink Ladybug, Teddy Bear, owl, manta ray and cat kites. (Photo by Jon McGinty)
