Rockford Rampage professional soccer team to hold open tryouts Sept. 22

The Rockford Rampage, entering their first season in the Professional Arena Soccer League, have announced open tryouts for noon to 2 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 22, at Victory Sports Complex, 7003 N. Alpine Road, Loves Park, Ill.

Aspiring players should arrive at 11 a.m. to register. Registration forms will be available on the Rampage’s Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/RockfordRampageSoccer or at Victory Sports Complex. The cost is $40 per player and includes a Rampage tryout T-shirt. Lunch will be provided as well.

“The Rampage will be a team that represents the Rockford metro area,” said Rampage Head Coach Jeff Kraft. “We’re looking for local talent that can compete at the professional level and help us win games.”
