State Police arrest 20 for DUI between Aug. 27 and Sept. 22

PECATONICA, Ill. — Illinois State Police District 16 Commander, Captain James Alexander, announced the following arrests were made between Aug. 27 and Sept. 22 for driving under the influence (DUI) by District 16 troopers:

Arrested in Boone County — Tina A. Martin, 34, of Beloit, Wis.

Arrested in Jo Daviess County — Joshua E. Chavez, 33, of Galena, Ill.

Arrested in Stephenson County — James R. Ludolph, 52, of Freeport, Ill.; Rita Jean McClellan, 53, of Freeport, Ill.; and Ashley L. Whitehead, 27, of Freeport, Ill.

Arrested in Winnebago County — Jose J. Martinez, 31, of Kirkland, Ill. (DUI drugs); Daniel Ross Huffner, 28, of Rockford; Martin A. Collins, 31, of Rockford; Kurt H. Yahn, 58, of Forest Park, Ill.; Heidi L. Lange, 37, of Machesney Park, Ill.; Amanda N. Campbell, 31, of Machesney Park, Ill.; Roger G. Glavin, 20, of Loves Park, Ill.; Brandon L. Bruce, 29, of Menomonee Falls, Wis.; Bojan Kostovski, 29, of Rockford; Zachory M. Walker, 18, of Rockford (Zero Tolerance); James A. Hauser, 46, of Machesney Park, Ill.; Mark S.
