Man sentenced to seven years for possession with intent to deliver cocaine

Dwayne D. Glass, 35, pled guilty Sept. 26 and was sentenced to seven years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for the offense of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, 15-100 grams of cocaine (class X felony).
Dec. 28, 2007, Winnebago County Sheriff’s Police recovered approximately an ounce-and-a-half of cocaine and a digital scale and $3,146 in cash in Glass’s Rockford residence during the execution of a search warrant.
Possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, 15-100 grams of cocaine, is a class X felony punishable by six to 30 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
