In principle, is it right that a company that hurts our economy by moving a plant overseas, and puts Americans out of jobs, be able to profit from that by claiming American taxpayer money? This is the sort of loophole that Obama has been trying to close with his American Jobs Act, but that Congressional Republicans have blocked for over a year. It's time to stop the gridlock in Congress and move this bill forward.
