We all want a cell phone, computers, iPods, iPads, iPhones, 4-5 televisions in our homes. Our kids have 10X the amount of toys, shoes, clothing we had a generation ago. When I was growing up in the 60’s & 70’s, I had a pair of school shoes and a pair of play shoes. When I got married a little over 30 years ago, a 20” cable ready TV cost $600, and I was making $6.00 an hour. With inflation, the same TV would cost $3,000.00 today. If you want jobs to stay in the USA, we all have to get back to buying what we NEED and not buying crap just because it is cheap.
