		<description>This is a very interesting stance by the county, which I applaud. People should have the right to self-protection, but wonder what will happen when the county creates a pro concealed carry law that goes against state law. People have to make themselves heard! Why should Illinois be the only state without a concealed carry provision? I understand the crime rate is higher there, too.</description>
