LOVES PARK, Ill. — Casey’s Pub in Loves Park, Ill., has just added on a new kitchen with 23 new menu options, and they’ve even added a “Healthy Side” of the menu.
Casey’s always had a kitchen, but it was very small with a limited menu. No fryers, no grills and no stoves. Just last week, Casey’s finished up a two-month renovation and added top-of-the-line cooking equipment and added another addition onto their existing kitchen.
Their new menu includes juicy burgers, massive wraps and subs, hand-battered fried appetizers, multiple buffalo chicken meals, and delicious healthy food options.
Nick Fosberg, owner of Casey’s Pub, said: “My wife Michele and I are really into working out and staying healthy, so we figured we would bring the recipes we cook at home to Casey’s. There are many people who are watching their calories, and we thought this would be a perfect way to cater to an additional crowd of people.”
Casey’s has some of the lowest-priced food specials in town from dollar quarter-pound burgers on Mondays, 50-cent beef tacos and dollar chicken tacos on Tuesdays, to 45-cent wings/boneless wings on Wednesdays.
“The economy is hurting everyone, and we wanted to create food specials that anyone could afford,” Fosberg said.
Casey’s is in Loves Park on Alpine Road, just north of Windsor Road. To get a free $20 gift card to Casey’s to try out their new menu, go to www.CaseysPub.net.
