Friends of Rockford Public Library accepting applications for $2,000 scholarship

The Friends of Rockford Public Library are accepting applications for one $2,000 scholarship. Students who have been accepted into or are currently enrolled in a graduate program in library science, who are residents of or employed by a library in Winnebago, Ogle or Boone counties are invited to apply.
Applications are due to the Friends of Rockford Public Library by Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2012. For more information and to download an application, please visit the Friends website at: www.rockfordpubliclibrary.org/getinvolved/friends/index.asp [1].
