By the way Elizabeth, you forgot to mention that the so-called parents of these children also receive NUMEROUS other forms of Tax-payer provided freebies. They get Illinois Link cards which many of these people trade for alcohol and drugs. They get housing subsidies as well as help with their electric and gas bills.
