Traffic signals to flash red at Illinois 251, Machesney Boulevard Oct. 29

MACHESNEY PARK, Ill. — According to Chris Dopkins of McMahon Engineering, the newly installed traffic signals at the new intersection of Illinois 251 and Machesney Boulevard will be flashing red in both directions Monday, Oct. 29, and will be fully active Tuesday, Oct. 30.
