State Police arrest 14 for DUI in Winnebago County between Sept. 23 and Oct. 24

PECATONICA, Ill. — Illinois State Police District 16 Commander, Captain James Alexander, has announced the following arrests were made in Winnebago County between Sept. 23 and Oct. 24 for driving under the influence (DUI) by District 16 troopers:

Lekesha N. Beasley, 32, of Rockford; Luis A. Vazques Del Mercado, 21, of Villa Park, Ill.; Philip P. Wall, 33, of Machesney Park, Ill.; Joseph Allyn Musick, 23, of Rockford; Daniel Reyes, 38, of South Beloit, Ill.; Andres J. Rodriguez, 23, of Rockford; Blake R. Cohoon, 28, of Rockford; Alejandro M. Perez, 22, of Rockford; Thomas E. Gaston, 35, of Rockford; Daniel S. Chesnut, 29, of Plainfield, Ill.; John K. Biles, 30, of Dekalb, Ill.; Aaron C. Wilcox, 26, of Roselle, Ill.; Kastine T. Saunders, 48, of New Castle, Del.; and Jeanetta J. Cooper, 55, of Milwaukee.
