[1]Frank and Rhonda Schmitt of Rockford sent in this photo of their 10-month-old grandson, Elliott Schmitt, holding a copy of The Rock River Times. According to grandma and grandpa, while Elliott “was visiting this weekend from Savoy, Ill., he decided to catch up on the local news while in his car seat.” Elliott’s parents are Adam and Bethany Schmitt of Savoy, Ill.
