		<description>Let it die, please.  Make it a slow and painless death.  OTW is no longer a fundraiser for not for profits.  Just look at who was present this year.  The event got out of hand.  It became a social event for the volunteers.  They get free buttons, food, etc.  While the price went up up up.  Need to just start over.  Yes, the City has been hard on OTW, but I think it is like a parent spanking a child - it hurts the parent as much (if not more) than the child, and it is for the child&#039;s benefit.</description>
