19-year-old shot in 800 block of 10th Avenue

A 19-year-old man was shot in a drive-by shooting in the 800 block of 10th Avenue in Rockford at 3:28 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 8.

The victim was transported to a local hospital. One bullet traveled through his arm and into his body.
