Frank is not very well informed and clearly has an axe to grind. What's funny about this whole diatribe is that the DEA's office is not even located in downtown Rockford and hasn't been for some time ... shows you how "up-to-speed" Frank is.

First of all, your barking up the wrong tree. Government workers have no say whatsoever in where their place of employment is located.

The rules of Government as established by CONGRESS require that Government owned or leased space be determined REGARDLESS of access to parking, or lunch facilities. Lease or purchase decisions are made almost entirely on the basis of lowest bidder.

If employees have to pay for parking or not...dosen't matter!

This is the mindset that plucked these people down in the middle of downtown. Unless, of course, you happen to be a Federal Judge. In that case, nothing is too good for our Government employees.

I suspect those DEA employees are no happier to be there then you are to have them there. They are simply trying to make their lives as easy as possible...like everyone else!

Your cries would be more effective if you directed them at someone who could make a difference...your Representative!
